Sunset Grille: First Visit Won't Be Your Last!

Wow! This was the first word out of my mouth upon taking a seat, marveling at the vista before us at the Sunset Grille; located on the north end of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, perched above a laundry mat and an RV park (don't judge). Honestly, it's the perfect spot to bring any day spent in the Lowcountry to an end. The Sunset Grille is both welcoming and intimate, the service is friendly and extremely engaged, the views (and sunset) stunning, and the food was symbolic of the day, perfect. I couldn't have been more pleased with the Sunset Smoked Salmon: Hugh's famous hot smoked salmon served over southern gourmet grits with garlic wilted spinach and roasted red peppers. It was absolutely delicious and one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had, and it was the first time I'd ever experienced smoked salmon served hot, but I loved it.

Honestly, the Sunset Grille made for an all-around wonderful evening, and you won't be disappointed with the view, arguably the best place to catch the sunset on the island. If you’re on or near Hilton Head, be sure to to call ahead to make a reservation and check them out. I guarantee your first visit won't be your last!
